FOSTER HOMES NEEDED

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED

If you're passionate about helping feral cats and want to make a direct impact in your community, we need your help! We have traps available, but we need more hands to assist community members with using them.

Whether you have TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) experience or are eager to learn, we'd love to have you join us in NW Cook County! Our volunteers primarily work in Wheeling, Arlington Heights, Mt. Prospect, and Palatine, but we welcome help from anywhere.

Fill out our volunteer application today and become part of the effort to give feral cats a better life!

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED

Did we mention that we’re a foster-based organization? We rely on generous people who open their homes and hearts to cats, kittens, pregnant cats, sick or injured animals, and even cats needing a second chance after a failed adoption. If any of these sound like a fit for you, we’d love to hear from you—and we’re happy to work with our fosters to accommodate their preferences!

Not sure if fostering is right for you? Give it a try! We can start you out with a small litter of kittens or a single cat to see how it goes. Plus, we provide all the essentials: food, litter, medication, toys, and more!

Vacation Coverage

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED

Vacation Coverage

Sometimes our foster parents go on vacation, and we need temporary help caring for a litter of kittens. This is usually just for a week or two, so if you have the space but prefer a short-term commitment, consider vacation coverage fostering! Plus, with only a short time together, it's a little easier not to get too attached—though we can't promise you won't fall in love!

Vacation Coverage

Sometimes our cats and kittens have a lot of appointments, and we need a little extra help getting them there. Our foster parents can usually handle it, but we’d be grateful for some extra support when needed!

Adoption Events

Just about every Saturday we can be found at the Mt. Prospect and Schaumburg PetSmart with our adoptable cats and kittens.  We need people who can help set up, answer questions and assist with adoption paperwork.
